GATOR - NTT Character Mod

This mod adds Gator, a playable former weapon smuggler operating out of the sewers. 

Passives:

- Tougher. All enemies deal 1 less damage to you.

- Inaccurate, slower reload. All weapons are slightly less accurate and reload slightly slower.

Active: 

- Rushed Reload. At the cost of 1 HP, completely reload your currently held weapon (and secondary weapon with Throne Butt).
